SMART : This software enables the various centres to accept any forms from the customer end ,scan & D/E and send data/Scan image to other location for verification receive data/scan image files from other centres to do 1st/2nd/QC level Data entry of any forms. process national /zonal contracts,where the billing is done centralized The various modules are as follows Marketing Module: Quotation Generator, Rate & Time Calculator Agreement Generator Planning Module: Resource Planning Production Planning & Scheduling Defining and Planning TAT(Turn Around Time) Inward Module: Physical Inward Of Forms Scan Image & Data Inward. Incase of 2nd Layer of process Specification on type of form Inward to be linked to the TAT Data Capture Module: Select the Product (Form Type) for which Data Entry needs to be done, where in the validations and specifications would be applicable as defined in the master up-dation. 1st Level Data Entry Module as per the form Data Verification Module: These would be linked to the Inward Module to which the 1st Level Data/Images have been Imported The Maker/Checker specification would apply here Though the verifier would not be able to see what the 1st level d/e was done, the system would stop him when a miss-match is detected against the 1st level An miss-match error log to be generated for QC and Audit purpose Software License Module Process License Module Backup and Recovery Module Security Module Upload Module Supervisory Check Module Will be linked for validation/comparison between the 1st Level D/E file against the 2nd Level D/E file.
