SCOPE is Centralized Productivity Measurement for a large or medium scale company having head office and region/branches. Scope is quality-auditing system for each process, which is useful for
measuring quality of each process randomly. Scope is scope of employee, which measure different
band level (Skill set level and Process Level) and help to find the efficient operator.

For measuring Centralized Productivity of each process in all branches of a company. Scope will measure the Productivity in Zone wise, which is decentralizing the Productivity measurement of Head Office.
