Retention : We manage the Retention of customers by way of out-calling.

All the above activity is managed across these seven circles with 46 spokes and a HUB each at each Circle. The entire process is monitored and managed through two Zonal Offices one at Bangalore for the southern piece and from Ahmedabad for the western piece.
