Shell TDS :
The product digitizes the process of ETDS salary Form No. 24Q1Q2Q3 which, are directly accepted by the Income Tax Department.The scope of the software basically involves from the acceptance for application forms from NSDL to uploading of data. The broader scope of the process is as follows :
The various modules are as follows
Form based Data Entry System:
- The proposed Data Entry Module (1st level, 2nd Level & QC) will be doing at Branch Location.
File Format:
- Shell Transource has to upload data in to NSDL system in a flat file format (will be provided by NSDL to Shell Transource)
- Shell Transource will receive ETDS Salary Form 24Q1Q2Q3 from NSDL in a specific format.
Double Data Entry Logic:
The first level and second level data will be stored separately in the tables. In supervisory checking the mismatches will be shown. The First Level, Second Level and QC data will be stored separately. There is no restriction for Level 1 and Level 2 Entry. But After comparison Level1 and Level2 cannot update or add data. After uploading the data Level1, Level2 and QC cannot be update.
Security Guidelines:
- All Security guidelines need to be followed in the software will be provided to Shell Transource by GE
