An electronic file is generated in the stipulated format and uploaded to the client. We are managing the entire backend piece for TTSL across seven Circles where we are providing the following services:

• Document Management :  We are responsible for pickups of CAFS and they are sent to the closest Spoke location to be Order Entered with an SLA of 24 Hrs.

• Complaints :  We manage the complaints for all the seven circles at the back end, which would include the technical, as well as the non- technical complaints. This process is managed on KPI’s and SLA’s defined and re- defined by the client.

• Retention :  We manage the Retention of customers by way of out-calling.

• Retrieval :  We manage the retrievals of NIU’s across all the seven circles.

All the above activity is managed across these seven circles with 46 spokes and a HUB each at each Circle. The entire process is monitored and managed through two Zonal Offices one at Bangalore for the southern piece and from Ahmedabad for the western piece.
